High calorie natural food in sensible quantities. Processed food generally doesn't have much of what your body needs in it.
Try kefir, never tried it but it's apparently better than both. High protein and low fat, with all the healthy bacteria. I think I'll try it soon. Its apparently the same consistency and taste, try it
