Jogging is always the best. Or the treadmill in the gym.

With jogging, say we have a 50 metre line. Sprint for 20m then jog for 10m then sprint 20m. Same goes for the treadmill long burst of maximum workout with short burst of minimum workout/rest. DONT SIT DOWN WHEN RESTING. Repeat this for 1 hour MINIMUM. Drink PLENTY of water take atleast 1.5 litre bottle of water with you. After the running do atleast 10 minutes muscle workouts helps you get along the tough times! Good luck!
