Im a 15 year old girl and i need to lose A LOT of weight. I cant always go to the gym because of my crazy schedule and also because I have to depend on someone else for a ride. i don't usually drink sodas but i don't like water (i know its weird) so i usually drink tea or lemonade. i would like to lose stomach fat and tone my arms and legs. any ideas??

Keep up with the gym- and find some workouts that you can do at home when you can't get to the gym! Watch the calories/sugar in those sodas (try some flavored water?) and watch the carb intake. Check out some stuff called LifeWater. The biggest cause of overweight teens today is to many carbs and junk food! Diabetes type 2 is prevalent with this problem.
Get some workout videos for toning, dumb bells, and a medicine ball. You can work out your legs and arms by holding the medicine ball and doing reps of squats. Do crunches for your abs and also side crunches for your obliques (your ab sides). You should google more exercises, there are a ton out there if you can't make it to the gym. You could also do the P90X, it is very successful. Cut out artificial sugars, use splenda. If you don't like water, try putting water in a pitcher then adding a few sliced apples, watermelons, cantaloupe, etc and it will give the water a nice taste.
Begin liking water and once you do, drink a lot. Replace water with all other drinks, it's okay to have a soda or some lemonade maybe once a week just don't over do it. And dont starve yourself, ever but you have to eat less than your used to. Don't skip meals but don't eat as much at a meal. Make sure to work out too. Running is a great way to burn fat and get in shape. At first it's going to suuuuuuuuck, but after you start dropping weight you will see a difference and it will feel great. Hope this helps
