Asked: Why am I not losing weight? I already asked this question but there was only one answer and it wasn't really helpful D:So like 3 months ago I did a crash diet for a week… I lost 10-11 lbs… But then I bumped up my calories to 2000+ and stopped exercising… I didn't gain the weight back (thankfully) but I was really tired after…. how do i lose my belly fat?

Help me ? weightloss?

Asked: Help me ? weightloss? Okay so i WANT to lose weight and gethealthy and strng.. Im stsrtibg to drink 8 glasses of water a day, my breakfast is a fruit smoothie. And lunch and dinner are cooked for me. Im gonna cut out all junk food and just eat healthy and only drink water. Asked: Why am I not losing weight anymore? Got only 2 weeks left to hopefully lose 3 more lbs.? I know quite a bit about weightloss cuz ive been readin bout it for ages. And this summer i took a serious lifestyle change, I eat 1200 calories everyday, sometimes more and less to confuse my body a bit, I don't eat any fried or any butter or oil apart from olive oil in my salad and the oil I get from fish.
