Hey All! Please join in and support me as a embark on my first ever Transformation Challenge! I want to invite all of your to participate with me. As you know I am a Fitness Trainer and Instructor healthy living and eating has always been important to me. I'm not perfect nobody is, and I have my weakness too. When I grab for a snack it's a healthier choice like rice cakes or fruit, but I want even better choices. I've made a decision as of today Friday March 2rd I'm starting this challenge. I'm very competitive and always love a good challenge! For the next 6 weeks I'm going to continue to workout and exercise, but my food choices are going to change. No more processed foods. Instead of reaching for the rice cakes I'll be reaching for fresh veggies like carrots or an apple. I am so excited to see how eating like nature intended us to do like our ancestors did how can I transform my body and how can each and everyone of you transform yours too. I've already taken my before pic. Get your before pic, weight, and measurements, and let's meet back six weeks from today Friday May 4th.
