I am an 18 year old female and in relatively good shape. I would like to lose at the max 20 pounds, 10 minimum over the summer before college. I have a gym membership but I don’t always have time to go because of my work schedule and sometimes I have to babysit as well. & gas isnt cheap so I’d love to get workout dvds I can do at home. I like cardio & dance dvds but I am also interested in doing kickboxing.
Have you used any of the three dvds or heard good reviews about them? I am mainly interested in the turbo fire & the zumba exhilarate: the ultimate experience dvds? Which one is more effective for weightloss/ toning?
If you have any suggestion about other dvds I consider I’d appreciate.
I just recently ordered jillian michaels dvds: 30 day shred, ripped in 30, banish fat boost metabolism, no more trouble zones and 6 week six pack. I haven’t received them yet though
I have used Beachbody insanity… its really the only thing that works. Its crazy and super hard… but it being hard… makes it really fun. plus the nutrition guide is very good and teaches you a lot to know about calorie deficit and what you should eat.Also add in a multivitamin and a whey protein shake from walmart after every workout and you will lose more weight before college.Good luck!!!
Continue working out at the gym and most importantly find a place for yourself to go jogging 3-5 times a week.
Or if you have access to a swimming area swimming is the best exercise for you!
schedule a routine to stay motivated and don’t break it for anything and you will be 135 in no time!
