I've heard of this "100 workout"- 100 jumping-jacks, 90 crunches, 80 squats, 70 leg lifts, 60 jumping-jacks, 50 crunches, 40 squats, 30 leg lifts, 20 jumping-jacks, and run for ten minutes.
If I do this twice a day everyday, & only eat broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, and sugar snap peas, how long do you think it would take me to get down to 108lbs?
I'm currently 115lbs, and 5'5".
And do you think this is healthy?
I know exercise and eating vegetables is healthy, obviously, but should I eat anything else besides vegetables?

You only need to do this ONCE a day and run for 30 minutes, you need to eat chicken (without skin, no sauce, or anything fattening) and vegetables are good. Running is good cardio and make sure you are RUNNING not walking ok. If you are done and not sweating then you didnt run ok. I dont mean run for a straight 30 minutes I mean you can run for a minute then speed walk for a minute ect. I am eating right also and I am 5 foot 7 and a half at 133.4 pounds and I have a 29 inch waist. I am running 5-6 days a week (meaning what I said earlier) and eating very little, also dont eat more than 1500 calories ok. You dont need to do all those things like jumping jacks, you can just do sit ups, push ups, pull ups, bicycles, and weight lift (maybe or if you have it, and not much weight because if your trying to lose weight your not wanting to gain muscle because muscle weighs more than fat (IKR I MEAN WTF!) but it is heavier, follow this and for how many of each thing I named, 50 push ups, 50 sit ups, 30 bicycles and heres a vid to learn bicycles http://www.youtube.com/user/scooby1961#p/pjust copy and paste into your search engine. unless its a link then just click.you dont need to do pull ups because you may not have a pull up bar but if you do just do 15 – 20 in as little time as possible, and you lose the weight in no time.
This is UNHEALTHY! I'm not sure if you know how to count calories, but for you, I'd say eat 1500-2000 calories in a day. I'm not sure how much of each veggie your eating, but here's an idea:
cauliflower 1 cup—> 25 calories
carrots 1 cup—> 35 calories
sugar snap peas 1 cup—> 41 calories
broccoli 1 cup —-> 31 calories
Now for an estimation (since I don't know how much your consuming) lets time this by 5 for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and two snacks.
DAILY TOTAL: 660
***You are only getting 1/3 of your daily calories!
YOU DO NOT NEED TO LOOSE WEIGHT!! Your BMI (Body Mass Index) is 19.1 which is NORMAL WEIGHT! If you went down to 108lbs you'd be UNDERWEIGHT!!!
Also, you are missing proteins, grains, and fats in your diet! These are ESSENTIAL for your body to function well! PLEASE EAT MORE
