Sarah B Asked: Effective weightloss?
I've been working on losing weight,and it's going. But not fast enough. If I were to cut some calories out (1300 down to 1200) and reduce carb intake more, along with 5+ hours at the gym a week, plus once a week yoga and maybe a pole dancing class, would I be able to quicken how fast I lose weight?
By the way, is pole dancing good for toning?
