hi im an 18 year old guy looking to get into shape. ive started eating and drinking healthier but im not such a public person and i want to work out at home. what is a good cardio fat burning weightloss dvd for men? i dont want any dance, but i want something that really works the body to lose weight and flatten my stomach and torso areas. If you really want to be fit try P90x. It's hard and you have to stick to it. I just finished my first cycle and I lost 28 pounds and gained a good amount of muscle. The downside? It's $120- if you but it that is.
