If i burn more calories than i eat in day from cardio, lets say i eat the standered 2,000 a day and burn 3,000 just for an example. does that 1,000 result in some weight loss even though it might not be physically visibly yet? im 6'2" 165lbs and 16 years of age, im in alot of sports as well….i eat healthy foods but only 2-3 times a day…….and yes, i drink water.
Try ot eat as much from the farm (fresh, does not come in a box or can) and as little from the factory (not fresh and does come in a box or can) as possible.
As far as calories go….that's a toughy…especially online….shoot for 1400 – 1500 over several smaller meals (a protein, a complex carbohydrate and a healthy fat) like 5 each day to keep your metabolism revved up.
A revved up metabolism makes a big difference when it comes to weight loss and the easiest way to rev up your metabolism is to eat less more often.
I applaud you for your efforts thus far and encourage you to stay at it. You didn't get where you are over night and you're not going to get where you want to be over night either.
