I don't have access to a gym but i do work out at home every other day

I do 5 sets and 50 reps each every 2 days
should I start using a weight vest?

I also take some ripped vitapak thing I got from gnc along with some wheybolic thing (idk much about it I just take the doses as recommended)

I also lift dumbbells

and standing curls

Seriously? You call that a workout? I call that my warm up. I think I answered your last question and I'll answer this one too, you need to be doing more dumbbell exercises, and I'm not sure if your understand this but you NEED to be organized and target different muscles different days, you can't just do Arnold presses and curls and push ups and expect to gain alot of muscle. So look up exercises for different muscles and set up a schedule, and instead of every other day, work out two days then rest one and repeat it. If it sounds to hard to do all this, then you shouldn't be lifting weights and you should give your weights to someone who will put the effort in.

You don't have access to a gym? As in, you can't be bothered going to one? There are gyms in pretty much every f**king town you lazy f**king lard.

All these f**king teenagers asking the same f**king sh*t! Do some motherf**king research. Weight loss is NOT hard. It's just that people are so God damn f**king LAZY!
